Ever since I was little I wanted to see the world in a new perspective. I just didn't know where to begin. A few years back (to the point of writing this) I met some amazing friends who want to do the same thing. That paves the way to "district D". It is a conceptual thing/place where we think as a portal for knowledge.
The world today wastes a lot of its resources. People spend a good part of their life relearning something that someone has already invented. If we could just minimize the amount of time that is spent for this and focus on creating or improving an innovative idea/thing; we could develop very quickly.
I've already mentioned what "district D" is. If we take it as a place there has to be people in it. I like to call them "Free radical minds".

Think free, think different, think radical. Always try to see the world in a new perspective and gets a glimpse of the world most people miss.
These are the kind of people whom I think as people who can change the world. Think about it, all the people who have changed the world are like that. Who think and do things differently and challenge outdated things. But do mind the change I'm talking here is not without boundaries. One should only challenge the things that needed to be changed. There are some things in this world that better left as it is for the sake of social ethics.
This concept is still under progress, so I'll update this as it progresses.
